Hello, I am Ron Steiger.  I am a business owner and a Certified Business Coach. I am the founder and owner of EntrePartners, Inc., dba Action International, the #1 Business Coaching Corporation in the World.  I have created numerous businesses dating back to the 5th grade (oh boy, that was embarrassing).  I am experienced in domestic and global business development, team building, training, and profit growth. I am able to assist the owner of any business realize and simplify their potential and creativity.  I do this by uniquely discovering the balance amongst Time, Team, and Money to achieve mastery in both career and personal life.  I embrace challenges and enhance my clients’; focus, confidence, communication, and decision-making.  I maximize untapped potentials in the overall profits and performance of small and medium sized businesses. I am devoted to creating highly successful businesses and healthier and happier people. Why? Because being a business owner should be rewarding and ultimately fun!

I have an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters degree in Global Business Management.  I am an active member of both local and international business communities and thrive on training and developing others to grow.  After 20 years of business experience, I have received numerous professional awards in Sales and Marketing, Training, Business Development, and Technological Advance Management. I am an International business developer and motivational speaker.  I have also coached 10 seasons of my children's sports and completed as many marathons, punctuated by the Boston Marathon!  Everyone needs a coach to achieve their maximum potential (John Smoltz, Andre Agassi, Tiger Woods, Paul Otellini, Bill Gates, Stephen Covey, Oprah Winfrey, everyone....).  As a coach, I am a catalyst for change and an enabler of the required paradigm shift for choosing success.

I am passionate and energetic, a proud parent, coach, professional, life embracer, distance runner, fly fisherman, and music lover.  I am devoted to creating healthier and happier people and businesses.  I am ethical, entrepreneurial, living abundantly, results oriented, community focused, charitable, happy, and at peace in my life.  My optimism, enthusiasm, energy, and passion for life are the core of my personality.
