With over 14 years experience as a residential Real Estate specialist in Buckhead, Northside Atlanta and Vinings, Carolyn Lunsford counts among her professional honors the Phoenix Award designation of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, representing 10 consecutive years as a Million Dollar Club member. From grand estates and fine homes to affordable family residences, Carolyn brings an unparalleled understanding of the Atlanta real estate market.
An Atlanta native who raised her family in Buckhead, Carolyn understands the lifestyle needs of her clients. She and her husband Rodgers, an attorney, now live in Vinings, while her two grown sons live and work in the city. Her circles of friends and clients are broad, encompassing friends from the University of Georgia from which she graduated, from The Lovett School which her sons attended and her own extensive volunteer work.
Actively involved in the community, Carolyn is a patron and sponsor of Atlanta Botanical Garden and has chaired events including "Goblins in the Garden" Harvest Festival and sponsored the Garden Associates annual luncheons, the Membership Directory and most recently, the Bella Cucina evening at the Garden. | |
