What is a family tray?

We don't know the history of the Family tray, but it has been an Italian tradition for decades & we work hard to make sure our pizza is the best you've ever had.  It is not a Sicilian pie in the classic sense but shaped like one and it isn't the thin New York Style either.  We would say that it falls somewhere in between.  It is in the finest Italian tradition that the  tray is prepared in whole or for slices. Fresh dough, freshly-packed California tomatoes and 100% pure olive oil.  The crust crunches and melts in your mouth.   Buy a slice in Italy and you won't find triangles -only squares! Old school-the way it should be.
