WHET The Body, By WETTING Your Whistle!
It is 2pm but feels like midnight cause you're so tired. Believe it or not, you aren't getting enough water! 12, 8-oz glasses of water a day is the nutritional amount recommended. Don't give up that morning coffee or sweet tea with dinner! Remember to drink water throughout the day to prevent dehydration and give you the energy you need to hit the gym that night.

"GOD gave us all the potential to lead a healthy life by giving each of us a body that is perfect by design, i.e.the fat-burning and physical processes do not differ person to person. Most of us are also blessed with 24 hrs, in 7 days, of 52 weeks in a year in which family, work, and other personal commitments seem to take precedence.
